Initial public build of Patchyard.
Included in this release:
- the current Tauri desktop shell
- workspace, review, provider setup, and Tycoon HQ UI surfaces
- refreshed English and Korean README copy
- a macOS arm64 DMG built from the current main branch
Notes:
- this is still an active working tree, not a finished product
- the DMG is a straightforward drag-to-Applications package
- the desktop runtime is the path to use for real PTY behavior
