Fix/footer background consistency

Fixes issue #99

Changes Made

• Updated footer background to bg-[#e3e7f0] to match landing page theme
• Changed text colors from white/gray to black for proper contrast
• Updated hover states to work with light background
• Ensures visual consistency between footer and main site theme
