Fix current speaker selection and null fallback

Summary

• track the last speaking participant in an effect that only updates when the active speaker changes
• derive the current speaker without render-time side effects and provide null fallbacks when participants are missing
• keep the widget from rendering when no participants or speaker are available to avoid React re-render guards
