Start github actions migration
Using matrix config, so hopefully will also work for other CL implementations, at least if they have Ubuntu packages.
- Prefer to test with latest SBCL version
- Change badge to Github actions - Remove references to Travis and cl-travis
Travis was using CIM to provide a wrapper around different implementations. Perhaps should try using roswell instead?
Still a little awkward with clunit, but hopefully this will work...
curl conflicts with libcurl3, but libcurl4 should also work
