Implement a fake qbittorrent server to add downloads directly from servarr softwares.
This should avoid using the holes and also enhance speed etc from servarr.
[x] endpoints to be able to add the downloading client in sonarr/radarr
[x] endpoints to get torrent infos
[ ] endpoints to add torrents
... and other necessary.
