This release is used in 2018 base year calibrated model.

BKRCast V1.3.1

This version includes predefined worksheets and extra attributes in the BKRCast code and 2014 traffic count files. When creating project folders, relevant worksheets are copied to the appropriate TOD project folders. When importing network, extra attributes are created and values are imported from external files. The worksheets are saved in time of day folders inside inputs/worksheets.

Any files under these folders will be copied to the appropriate places after EMME project folder is created. So far, nine worksheets are created for PM period.

Extra attributes need to be created before values are imported. Creation of extra attributes are done in BKRCast code. Attribute files are saved in inputs/extra_attributes or inputs/observed.
