The shiny app keeps crashing when I try to append any sequence. It will also not allow me to download either the appending sequences of the full probe files. Is this a problem on my end, or are you able to replicate it on yours?
Also, is there a way to have a probe with outer primer—inner primer—bridge—seq or do you only allow outer primer—bridge—inner primer—seq?
Finally, in some of the bed files I've used, the first line has been inexplicably omitted.
