refactor(frontend): optimize Angular snippets and initialize structured docs for SolidJS and Qwik

Optimized the Angular advanced performance markdown documentation by filling missing specific Best Practice blocks and Solution blocks. Extracted SolidJS and Qwik performance and state-management documentation into their own files from readme.md files. All files were made to enforce the 4-step bad/problem/best/solution cycle and enforce accurate YAML frontmatter for 2026 frontend tooling.
