Added code to get inline css marked with id=djax-inline-css Added code to get and eval any scripts marked with id=djax-inline-js
Parent div no longer required for inline JavaScript or CSS, They can just be given the normal class selector used by all other elements.
Changed Inline CSS code so it gets more than all style tags, not just one.

This is the first time I've done this so I am not really sure what I need to put here? If you need any info let me know.
