- Changed intervention descriptions for clarity across multiple files.

- Shorten intervention fields to max 80 chars (4 files: 06, 07, 08, 13) - Shorten outcome_variable fields to max 50 chars (12 files) - Add field length limits documentation to README.md and CLAUDE.md - Update Zod schema with explicit character limits in types.ts
