- include mention of data standards, to ensure data usefulness by citizens
- modify wording slightly to prioritize interoperability over commonality (i.e., emphasize ecosystem approach to permit some variation, e.g. not mono-culture approach)
An ecosystem approach should best make room for a potential diversity of "components", unless of course the approach is intended to be specified as "monocultural". cheers,
