PSP-10976: Search Control: User is not able to add Multiple search result properties to the open file

• Previously, all records in selectedFeatureDatasets were mapped to parcel projections, which could include PIMS records in the PMBC section.
• Now, only datasets with a parcelFeature (i.e., PMBC records) are included in the PMBC results section by filtering selectedFeatureDatasets before mapping.
• This prevents PIMS records from appearing in the PMBC results.
