These are two .rmd files analyzing Olink Reveal data for sen_olink_human_blood_mpox_hbc05277. SenOlinkRept1.rmd looks at initial QC, SenOlinkRept3.rmd modifies and expands the QC workfow and continues with DE using mixed effects modeling over a time course using the Olink_analyze R package.
