Update set_location.php for Nominatim 5.1 adding /search? Also using URL encode when building the string

Do you know if this URL will also work with older versions of Nominatim (most people are still using 3.1). If not, that would be a breaking change, and I don't really have a way to identify the version use in order to send to the right URL depending on it. |
