feat: new flow done

1. Remove "Wallet Not Connected" layout, this improves UX by showing user what web contains without having to connect their wallet
2. Make all action button on every page shows "Connect Wallet" with action to open wallet list dialog if user hasn't connected to their wallet
3. Implement notification "Please connect your wallet to see your balance/stats/position" on components like balance item, position pool card, and stats pool card
4. Improved every services that needs to has "owner address" by not running it if user hasn't connected to their wallet instead showing "Please connect your wallet to see your balance/stats/position" notification
5. Improved loading and refetching state to make smooth transition between not connected wallet and connected wallet in every page
6. Change repository structure from using path params into query params in some pages like liquidity-pools/detail, liquidity-pools/deposit, and so on. This will make repo looks more readable and cleaner because of removing nested folder of page
