This release: - Bazelifies the built-in extensions beneath `@gawk//extension` - Provides a `gawk_tool` rule for creating a `gawk` binary with bundled extensions. Testing: - Expanded coverage of bazelified tests in `@gawk//test` to run tests which make use of the `filefuncs` extension.
