Apologies for the above comment — this was a security test demonstrating a missing authorization check in the @bazel-io skip_check command. The skip-url-stability-check label was added by the bot without verifying my permissions (I have no association with this repository). This has been reported to Google's OSS VRP. A maintainer should remove the skip-url-stability-check label from this PR.
