It's still failing, but I don't know why. I'll have to defer that question to the other maintainers.

@albertocavalcante I ran into the same issue here and noticed it's because of the docs not being updated. In my case, I just had to run cd docs and bazel run @@//:update, which auto-updated the repositories.md file and fixed the test.
