Upgrade outdated dependencies

Summary

• upgrade all outdated direct dependencies, including jsdom, the Lexical package set, ckeditor5, puppeteer, eslint, typescript-eslint, and the remaining direct package updates
• regenerate bun.lock and keep the extension runtime compatible with the stricter upgraded typings
• harden the shared jsdom test preload cleanup so the full unit suite stays isolated after the jsdom upgrade
