The whole existing flow is needlessly complex. Upstream btcd/rpcclient -> barebitcoin/rpcclient -> us. Making field changes is really hard, and there's no need to live like this. Just inline the whole thing! Also, rip out things related to btcd (websockets) and use zerolog instead of btclog
