Change the time picker default time setting from hh:mm (12hours) to HH:mm (24hours). Makes it easier to understand the time set in the time picker
Datepicker: date saved changed to yy-mm-dd Dispaly of fields is now in 2 columns Label:Field (not stacked) Grouped items are each in a row of their own CSS: Label td set to 100px width Image upload set to max-width:100% so that it doesnt display full sized image which takes over the screen

I've made quite a few updates and bug fixes over the last while i've been using this plugin.

Conditional image bug fix, which would not display images for repeater and conditional fields, which caused them to disappear.
