Stats

In the stats tab, we can see different graphs on the database. Any of the following graphics can be printed or downloaded in different formats: png, jpeg, PDF and SVG; pressing the button that each one of them has in its upper part with the icon of three stripes.

Variants and samples per disease

stats1 stats2 The csvs database is divided into different subpopulations, in the upper graph you can see the number of variants for each subpopulation, and in the lower graph you can see the number of samples for each subpopulation.

Modify Graph

The user can deactivate the subpopulations that he wishes in the graph by clicking on his name. You can also highlight a subpopulation you want by clicking on it in the graph. in the image the groups belonging to group V and controls have been deactivated, and group II Neoplasms has been highlighted.

Variants and samples per technology

In the csvs database, the sequencing technology with which these data have been produced is recorded. You can see a graph of the variants that exist for each technology, and another of the samples for each technology.

Samples per methylation

In csvs, graphs associated with existing methylation filters are displayed.
