These files are supporting materials for the manuscript titled "Manifestation of Negative Microfracture Compressibility Due to Capillarity in Tight Rocks at Partial Saturation with Free Gas."

Instructions: Please copy all files into the same folder. The code "Main_ParallelPlates.m" can be used to reproduce the results shown in Figure 2 (deformation of parallel plates with a liquid bridge), while the code "Main_REV.m" can be used to reproduce the results shown in Figures 3-6 (deformation of a Representative Elementary Volume (REV) containing a microcrack with liquid bridges).
