I changed the code to ensure that PDF.js is used when displaying an embedded PDF on Safari from iPhones or iPads.
Currently, when tested on an iPhone, it uses the iframe strategy. This is not ideal because, for some reason, iOS only displays the first page of the PDF. Therefore, it would be better to use PDF.js in this case.
