Bug: CLI version mismatch with platform dependencies across Android/iOS

Version mismatch between @react-native-community/cli and its platform dependencies. The main CLI package was upgraded to version 20.0.0, but @react-native-community/cli-platform-android and @react-native-community/cli-platform-ios remain at 15.0.0-alpha.2. This creates an incompatibility as the CLI 20.0.0 (visible in yarn.lock) has dependencies on these platform packages at version 20.0.0, which will conflict with the explicitly pinned alpha versions. This can lead to dependency resolution issues, runtime errors, or unexpected behavior.
