- moved test-specific dependencies out of the main group into a dedicated `test` group - moved development dependencies (ipykernel, mypy, etc.) to appropriate `dev` group - added explicit dependency to huggingface datasets ^3.1.0 to solve issues on when loading some metrics for huggingface evaluate >= 0.4.3.
