Just a tweak to make the executing the script not dependent on the calling/current path.
Explicitely select UTF8, as if it's run under Windows Powershell (Anything before 6/7), and commonly the double-click runtime, it defaults to Unicode/UTF16. (Which makes file explorer previews unhappy if nothing else.)
