- Add top-level “Software Design”, “Research Impact Statement”, and “AI Usage Disclosure” sections
- Reorder sections to follow a clearer JOSS structure
- Rename “Existing Tools for RL and Meta RL” to “Related Work”
- Add architecture-focused opener to the Software Design section (Agent / Contextual MDP / runners / meta-components)
