Architecting Flutter apps using Business Logic Components and Observables

Paolo Soares from Google gave a great talk on architecting dart/flutter apps using something he termed as Business Logic Components. In this repo, I've tried to create a working example using that pattern without adding anything extra from my own mind (apart from some missing components that were not discussed in his talk).
