Add `npx atxp topup` command for agent funding via Stripe Payment Links with payer-adjustable amounts ($1-$1000, default $10). Update whoami to display owner email and orphan status for agent accounts. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
