Added a role for cloudlinux manifest as some more checks are added there also there. Some of the checks require root, so we need to give sudo command to NRPE user and run the check via sudo.

Modified the packages needed for Nagios (NRPE) to be successfully installed on RHEL (Centos, CloudLinux). Needs still EPEL repo in order to install. Also creates needed directories and files in order for the nrpe service to start correctly. Our config includes some of the files and directories which don't exist by default on RHEL based systems.
