It looks like we haven't quite accomplished the objective of this MR here. https://github.com/stretchr/testify/blob/5f80e4aef7bee125b7e9c0b620edf25f6fc93350/go.mod#L9 appears to contiue to require this package. I see another MR at stretchr/testify#1724. Is there any reason to merge this MR before testify is updated?
