This just adds a gitignore file. It's a minor thing, but when I have pyfsb as a submodule in TXPipe it keeps showing up as "modified" because of the existence of an untracked file, which is the
__pycache__directory that python generates automatically. This just tells git to ignore that directory so it will get rid of the warning.
