- Configurable ports via GRAFANA_PORT and INFLUX_PORT env vars
- Remove user override from InfluxDB (needs root for init/setup)
- Add InfluxDB healthcheck so eero-stats waits until DB is ready
- Update .env.example with port and user mapping variables
- Update README with NAS-specific tips and port config docs
