PyPAM - RorPy

• This version implements the minimization process based on scipy.optimization with the leastsq function.
• It is also available the old method based on optim function of the ls2 package through rpy which makes the bridge between R and Python.

It contains R codes inside Python codes.
Future version will be all in Python.
