Robustness: * Added catches for a few common errors that can occur when downloading a tweet The tool will now retry automatically when it runs into these errors * Added a timeout to deal with a hanging issue. After three seconds of waiting for a response, the tool will cancel it and retry. UI: * Added a progress indicator * Added a time started printout * Added a runtime printout at end of program * Added a check to prevent the user from accidentally overwriting rehydrated tweets
