This PR refactors and improves the header UI by updating desktop dropdown behavior (services + language selector) and refreshing related CTA copy in the i18n message files.
Changes:
- Converted the Services nav dropdown from hover/focus-driven to click-toggled, with outside-click closing and visual chevron rotation state.
- Replaced the inline language links with a dropdown-style language selector showing flag + full language name.
- Updated hero/CTA-related translations (and EN nav “book consultation” label) to match the new header CTA wording.
