GDAL seems no longer able to read .msk extensions. We should update all of these to reflect correct filetype.

@sssangha @dbekaert this branch should be merged ASAP to address bugs introduced by the latest GDAL version. Should also be cut as latest release in conjunction with aria-tools/ARIA-tools-docs#46 |
