Attestation keypairs can be generated on demand by the user for applications to use.
An attestation key can be setup using the endorsementSetup.py or endorsementSetupLedger.py.
To generate an attestation keypair, the host computer connects to the dashboard application and creates the keypair using secure channel.
After generating this keypair from ledger device then we can use the keypair to generate generate signing key which will be the Origin key.
