Analysis batch GUI execution (First commit)

This is essentially a version with a mocked UI.
The UI is ported from a similar feature in barebone-studio (the Batch Run feature):

• Batch Run Feature Development barebone-studio#917
  • However, while the UI is similar to barebone-studio's Batch Run feature, the actual batch processing is almost entirely different. Therefore, this is limited to a UI port.

Implementation in the current version

• Workspaces Screen

  • Creating a Workspace for the "Analysis Batch Type"

• Workflow Screen

  • Displaying the Workflow Screen for the "Analysis Batch Type"
  • Display and Behavior of the Batch Run Button
  • Saving a Batch Workflow Template (Dummy)

• Note:

  • Features specific to the optinist-for-server version will continue to be implemented.

Testcase
