All github tests failing, likely due to un-pinned version.
Mini-forge 26.1.1-2 and 26.1.1-3 were released on Mar 19 and Mar 22 — right in the window where tests started failing. The Mar 19 CI runs likely picked up 26.1.1-1 or earlier, and Mar 23 runs got 26.1.1-3.
