2 Years of updates

Changes:
Updated client to use Discord's new v9 API endpoint
Added proper Twemoji support
Added animated GIF support
Cleaned up some unused code
Switched to a lightweight JSON serializer
Finally figured out submodules
Fixed a crash caused by corrupt save files

First release!
