Añadida documentación de traducciones y archivos base para aceptar contribuciones e ir traduciendo progresivamente la página.
Según vaya teniendo tiempo iré añadiendo las distintas entradas de texto a traducir en el código, para dejar los archivos .po con traducciones pendientes. También se aceptan contribuciones que se encarguen de esto.
Algún ejemplo está ya implementado en los commits subidos inicialmente.
El idioma por defecto de la página será el castallano como lleva siendo hasta ahora, pero se busca aumentar la internacionalización.
