Version 5.0.0

This is the first version that supports AppOptics metrics APIs.

Some new methods are provided as aliases of the original ones.

Legacy Librato source-based metrics/measurements are deprecated and no longer supported in this version.

a) Source-based measurements are deprecated in AppOptics.

b) At least one tags is needed for submitting measurements.

c) counters is deprecated.

Please refer to the README for a simple tutorial and AppOptics API documents for more details.
