This constraint was previously required due to Docusaurus compatibility issues, but has been resolved upstream. The same change was successfully implemented in apify-sdk-python (see apify/apify-sdk-python#745) where it's working without issues. The rspack version is now controlled by Docusaurus dependencies, allowing automatic updates when Docusaurus adopts newer versions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Resolve conflicts by keeping the ^0.2.0 format for @mermaid-js/layout-elk from #1691 while removing @rspack/core constraint as intended in this PR.
