# Helical-Manifold Film-Cooled Methalox Nozzle (v1.0.0)

Parametric exploration + full epistemic uncertainty quantification of a reusable 30 MPa methalox nozzle using only passive 14–22 % methane film cooling delivered through large helical manifolds.

## Key results (95 % credible interval, plasma OFF)

- Vacuum Isp: 377.4 – 385.9 s

- Throat recession (GRCop-42): 42 – 112 µm/s

- Sweet spot: ~17 % bleed → ~383 ± 4 s with >200-flight life
