Disable Google Fonts and remove Algolia DocSearch config

Breaking PR #165 into a number of pieces

• Set $td-enable-google-fonts: false to use Bootstrap's system font stack
  instead of loading Open Sans from fonts.googleapis.com (blocked by CSP)
• Fix missing semicolon on $primary variable
• Remove [params.search.algolia] config block from hugo.toml
• Empty head-end.html and body-end.html hooks that loaded Algolia CSS/JS
  from cdn.jsdelivr.net (also blocked by CSP)

@alamb first set up of cleanup that mostly removes the dead/unused code

Looks good to me -- thank you @vinooganesh -- I tried it out locally and this seems to work well!

After this PR we are down to only 2 errors when loading https://parquet.apache.org/ 🎉
