Prefix project name with "Apache". This is consistent with READMEs of other Apache projects - [Cassandra](https://github.com/apache/cassandra?tab=readme-ov-file#apache-cassandra), [Arrow](https://github.com/apache/arrow?tab=readme-ov-file#apache-arrow), [Airflow](https://github.com/apache/arrow?tab=readme-ov-file#apache-arrow)
