fix:fixed homepage and teams page dark mode issue

Summary

This PR adds dark mode support to the homepage (/) and team page (/team) by adding Tailwind dark: variants to background colors and text colors.

Problem

• Dark mode was not working on the homepage and the teams page.

Does this close any open issues?

Changes Made

• The homepage have dark mode support now
• The teams page also have dark mode support.
