StopWatch is a website in which we can use stopwatch and timer , this was an assignment given to me when i was learning react.

I have applied various react tricks i.e. hooks,useRef,useState,useEffect .
In this project ,I applied all my learnings of React Hooks and Basics to achieve the output i.e. working StopWatch and Timer.
